HTF do I remove a military installation sticker from my car windshield?

Yep - my mom used to work in Pass and ID on base - they used to have a box full of heavy duty razors for this kind of thing. If you can heat it up via an external source, should help scraping it off. Caution, though, it's going to break into tonnes of little pieces (as it's designed to).
