HTF do I remove a military installation sticker from my car windshield?

I have to turn mine in tomorrow because we're getting some kind of new stuff. This thing is freaking bonded to my windshield. I don't have a razor blade, so don't ask.

Might as well take it off anyway, never use it. Kind of worthless since ID is required to get on base anyway.

They are issued by the installation, however, they are usaully acceptable at any installation.
ID card may be required, depending on security at the site.
