This phone looks interesting, although I don't know if all the rumor will hold up to be true or not. If it is, I might have to break down and get it. Heck. I am thinking of returning my HTC One and waiting for this.

- 5.9" FHD 1080p Screen
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 @ 2.3 GHz
- 2GB RAM
- 16~ GB Internal
- Ultrapixel camera w/ Optical Stabilization
- 2.1 mpx front camera wide-angle
- BoomSound speakers
- 3300 mAh (Non-removable) + 1250 mAh power jacket/case
- Android 5.0/KLP -- Sense 5
- Stylus
- Biometric Scanner on back
- microSD slot

What do you guys think?

There's always something better on the horizon. Why not just keep the One? It's a good phone.

According to this rumor, it's going from a 4.7" to a 5.9" screen while being only 3mm taller. The pictures show a nearly bezel-less design, but it sounds too good to be true.

I don't think its physically possible, at least not with the bottom bezel. A 5.9" screen is going to be ~130 mm tall by itself. Even with bezels as thin as the Xperia ZL, it would be a heck of a feat just to fit a 5.5" screen.

I Wouldn't return an excellent and working phone because of a rumor on a grey website. Keep the One, let HTC keep its profits, don't be a dick returning a perfectly fine device cause you want something better in a couple months.

Yeah I think it's highly unlikely that the phone won't be substantially larger than the One.

With dual front speakers and the larger bezels on the One - if they carry over to a screen this size, the phone will be ginormous.

I won't be getting the Note 3 if it's considerably larger overall than the Note 2.

Will it's not even that, I've been trying to decide between keeping my note 2 or htc one. While I like the device,I still really like the phablet form factor. Having the HTC one max would be awesome.

2 things will make me buy this over the Note3 because I've always preferred hTC over Samsung.
1. A Wacom digitizer. Samsung owns iirc 5% of Wacom but that doesn't mean they can't sell to hTC.
2. Note3 really does go with exynos over snapdragon 800.
3. (Bonus Round) hTC has a version of mobile photoshop like samsung.

Personally I think if most of these ring true, it'll be a great phone to compete with Note 3

Android 5.0 is a lie. Book it. 4.2.2 is what it will ship with.

Also - MicroSD has serious doubts in my eyes.
