HTC Sync + 2 phones -> 1 outlook via usb

anybody know of this setup will work? do not want to use any ota contact/calender arrangement. usb update is good for me.

also, any issues using android/htc phones w/ appointments that every x amount of days re-occur indefinitely?

just wanted to let people know this works very well - htc sync + 2 phones+1 outlook, even w/ the recurring, never ending appts
