HTC RE 16.0MP Digital Camera as IP Camera

Which wine pairs well with trying to get away for buying an HTC RE for $30 and using it as an IP Camera? In theory, it should work! My only concern is the powering on in your hand part. Anyone have this gadget? Will share wine with those who present great advice! It's like, here, you help me and I'll get you tipsy.
