HTC Incredible Flash video compatibility?

So I've been playing with my Incredible for a few weeks now (early user) and testing various Flash websites with the browser's built-in Flash Lite 4. So far I've determined Hulu is a no-go (no support for H.264 until Flash 10.1 unfortunately) and ESPN video is sllooooowww.

However, yesterday on a whim I visited xepisodes.com and watched the South Park episode '200'. Holy crap, it worked flawlessly. Like, full motion video and all that. I'm not sure which codec these South Park episodes are encoded with, but Flash Lite did an excellent job.

Fast forward to today, however, and it no longer works! I get an error message saying "this version of Flash is not compatible with this video". The only difference--yesterday I was on wifi and today I'm on 3G. Why would that cause an 'error' message rather than slow playback?

Anyway, was wondering if other Incredible users can share their Flash video experiences.

No, I'm using the built-in Flash in the browser (the Incredible ships with Flash but it's not the full 10.1 with hardware-accelerated video.)

There's only a few people how Verizon screwed up and sent the phones out early to. Most of us are stuck waiting.

Since you have it. Mind taking pics of it with and without sense.

And Google Voice Interface?

I don't have my Incredible, yet, but I can tell you that Google Voice will look the same on all Android based phones.

with the incredible you're supposed to be able to disable most of sense.

from the looks of the videos I won't, but to kill time I"d like to see how much of sense you can disable and what it looks like.

if you can disable it, it would look pretty much like stock 2.1 that you find on a nexus one.

This might give you an idea of how the phone will look with Sense off (I can't watch since YouTube is blocked at work here). This is from a Desire, but it runs pretty much the same version of Sense that the Incredible does.

On the comments on that youtube video, people are saying that the option to not use sense is no longer there. If they stop sense, it just loads back up.

I wonder if that's true, and if the incredible is the same way. I'd prefer to use sense anyways, so not like it matters to me.
