HTC Incredbile owners -- Good functional Bluetooth recommendation?

So I have had an Incredible since it hit last year and I really need a BT headset.

As I understand it at one time the BT headsets available would not allow the Incredible to dial by voice command -- big issue and need in a headset of course.

Has that changed so that I can get BT headset or do I need to find one that specifically works with the incredible?

I havent' really used my old BT headset with my incredible since I got it on launch day. When I get home this evening I will try it out. My BT headset is pretty old, so if that works I'd assume anything would.

I have both the T305/T307 Motorola Bluetooth In-Car Speakerphones and they work fine with the Incredible.
