HT on lower p4's...when?

anyone have an idea on when the p4's will have HT enabled on the lower chips?..even if it were on the 2.8, i'd buy...maybe around feb when the new chip is released?..just lookin for a timeframe so maybe when GB is actually in stock places for >5 mins i'll be able to pick both up and complete my box.
