One is 1080P and one is 720P, I guess i could be interested in both.
I like the size of 42" better than 37" but i dont know if its worth it?

If you get the Westy I think Costco still has their Fathers Day sale price going.

I've been looking at TVs in this range for awhile. The 1080p is nice, but is it noticeable on a panel that size? I've been meaning to get out to my local Best Buy and check it out in person.

The 37" Sharp Aquos LCDs are nice. I had to pick that one up as it was basically the only make/model that would fit in my cabinet.

Fantastic LCD. I have the LC37D43U specifically. Costco carries a version of it with different coloring (silver base, no matte black) that is identical but a little cheaper. YMMV though with Costco.

I have heard good things about the Westinghouse as well, but at 37" the lack of 1080p is not a big deal to me.
