HSF Recommendations

Hi guys, I was wondering if you could give me any advise on a HSF Combo to go with an AMD Athlon XP 1.47/1.53 which I will order soon with an MSI K7N-420D PRO NForce, I was thinking of this combo:

Alpha PAL8045 Heatsink with Arctic Silver II (should fit on mobo I think)

With

Papst Case Fan 80mm 8412 NGML,

Specs:

26.5 CFM
Nominal Voltage - 12(DC)
Voltage range - 8-15(DC)
Noise - 19 dB
Sintec Bearings - Yes
Power input - 0.9
Nominal speed - 2050
Lifespan at 40-80,000hrs
Curve - C2

I was wondering if you think this is a good combo for the CPU. I am usually after quiet HSF as I cant stand noise and also I will be having two more fans of the same kind for in/out take as well as the Enermax's PSU dual fans.

i went with that HS and the papst 8412NGL... 19.5 CFM, 15dba... however Gizzo's listing has it at 12dba. Regardless, it is completely silent to my ears and I have perfect hearing.

My athlon 1200 runs at about 48-50C with no additional case cooling other than the enermax 2 fan psu.

It is my understanding that the XP's run cooler than the tbirds... so you should be just fine with even less air flow than you are considering.
