HSF Question for Artic Cooling

Looking at the sticky for HSF, I noticed a large portion devoted to reviews for the Artic Cooling Freezer 64 PRO.

This is the exact HSF I was looking to purchase, but I wanted to double check to see if it would be recommended by the cooling experts for an AMD A64 4400+ using an Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe mobo?

Some articles said depending on the mobo, it would affect the position of the fan, which on some mobo's may block the first DIMM slot. Does anyone see any issues, or would recommend this HSF for my new build? (first rig, BTW).

I have this cooler right over two sticks of RAM and the clearance is fine. This HSF keeps me around 35C load at 21C. It's a good buy at 25 USD from SVC.com.
