OK heres what happened.. i bought a tt volcano8 slim and brought it home... plugged it in.... i had also got a new enermax power supply.... I was testing the intake fan on the ps when one of my fingers got put in the tt hsf while it was on... i broke one of the blades off now my fan makes this loud humming sound.. is there any way to counteract that... i was thinking that breaking the one directly across from it might make it stop... help!

No, as fast as those fans spin, you'll never get it balanced right. It'll wear the bearings prematurely at best, and effect airflow adversely. Frankly, V8s aren't anything spectacular, and you may want to consider a replacement heatsink altogether given your expense regardless.
