HSF MB Attachment for Socket 478

On a P4 Motherboard, P4VMM2. ECS Motherboard.
The black plastic clip that is snaped into the motherboard which surrounds the CPU Socket (478), Im referring to what the CPU Heat Sink clips onto, the tabs have broken. Where can I get a replacement piece?
I filled out ECS's contact form, waiting for a reply.
I am not sure if this came with the motherboard or the processor as this is a co-workers pre-built PC that I am trying to fix for him.

Any other suggestions?
Thanks.

Go to the manufacturer's site and look up the motherboard.
See if the part you are talking about is on the motherboard in their
picture of the product.

It sounds to me like it comes with the motherboard - Ecs would know if it can be replaced by the user or if it has to be done by them.

I have never dealt with ECS so I don't know how their support responds.

I know the part you need as I just had to replace one last week:| Try a local PC repair shop. If they can't sell you one, they should know where you can get one. Edit:assuming it's a standard bracket. Some OEMs like Dell use different heatsinks and brackets than the stock Intel ones.
