I'm getting a new processor. Slot A thunderbird 800mHz.
i was wondering if this will fit my processor and motherboard. running on an Asus K7M motherboard. Also open to suggestions. Help needed thanks.

Why Slot A??? Those are old school. Get the newer, Socket A AMD ThunderBirds on a A7V133. They aren't tOo expensive these days.

EDIT : Hah.. i Re-read your question. Yes, the K7M is a Slot A motherboard that will accomidate a Slot A ThunderBird. Slot A = Slot A right?
