HSF for Tbird 1.4ghz (comments)

Ok this is probably my fifth post about heatsinks and I greatly appreciate all of your guy's input. Keep in mind I'm not overclocking.

I was at newegg and I found an 11 dollar HSF

Cooler Master EP5-6i11 AMD Socket A Processor Fan with Heatsink, Retail Box Version - - Recommended by AMD

My question is how does this compare to the Golden Gate in terms of the Athlon 1.4ghz. I want to spend about 20 bucks and have low noise cooler, but I'm still befuddled at the moment.

Its recommended, but does that mean it'll run my system stable or what? Because it just seems odd that it cost so little when other HSF cost above 20 dollars.
