HSF for CPU and VGA

Hi.
My spec is
ASUS P5ADE-prem
P4 3.0gz 775 @ 3.0
Powercolor ATi X700Pro

For my CPU, I have the XP-90 or the XP-120 in mind.
Which one do u think I should buy, Im not thinkin about overclocking I just wanna make my temp lower coz under full load my temp reach 61 deg.
And can u also suggest a good fan that will fit into the thermalright HeatSink?

And I have no idea for my VGA, can u guys suggest one aswell?

An important consideration for the fan is noise. The XP-120 will cool sufficiently pretty much regardless of the fan you put on there so if you choose that one you may want to opt for a PanaFlo or Papst or Nexus.... they are supposed to be very quiet. As far as your graphics card goes.... I figure the Zalman should be a good choice.....
