HSF for a Tualatin based Celeron

Fairly soon I'm planning on getting a 1.1a "tualeron" I naturally want to overclock it to 1463(11x multiplier with a 133mhz FSB). Just wondering if the retail HSF that comes with it would be good enough. Naturally I'm sure I'll have to up the voltage a little. I currently have an agilent articooler and while it works damn good for my p3 even with a 47 ohm resistor on the 12v line, I highly doubt it will fit on the processor with the IHS. I know can remove it, but I'd prefer not to. So what do you guys recommend? Retail HSF ok, or something else? Thanks
