HSF for a p4 2.4

Friend of mine wants to OC his 2.4. I've never owned a p4 system so I didn't know what to recommend. Can I get some good HSF suggestions, and prices? Thanks!
 
Is it a P4C or P4B? If it is a C and retail there is really no need to get one since the stock cooler is fine. My 2.4C's are above 3gig with stock cooling.
 
I would go with the MXC4000 and the MXC159 on the northbridge. There is a new version the MXC492V but thats only for AMD. A P4 version should be out soon. Check it out.
