HSF and ultra-d

im getting a DFI ultra-d and im thining about getting a new HSF. i want it to be reallyquiet so im going wiht a 120mm fan. so the question. does the zalman 7700 fit on the board? does it make anything unusable? ie RAM dimms or does it hit the gpu? thanks for the help. How quiet are the 7000 coolers?

Motherboards are already thin enough and why would you want a Thin HSF, it will get hot!
 
I think that it covers 2 of the dimms, but they are still usable. You just have to install memory in those dimms before putting on the hsf.
