HSBC Bank: What is a "PREMIER CENTER" ?

I am searching for HSBC branch locations near me and the closest one has the footnote: "PREMIER CENTER ONLY".

What does that mean? Regular 3rd class customers like me not welcome?

Actually...yeah. Premier is the top tier of customers (excluding Private Banking)
