HS Fit on a CUSL2 and CUSL2-C to replace Orb

I want to replace my current orb HS/fan solution with a non twist solution for application of better thermal compounds. I need to know if anyone has any experiences with fitting the following on CUSL2 boards, and if there were any issues with the blue thingies (transistors, eh? =) that are off to the left of the socket:

• Vantec FCE-62540D
• Thermaltake Volcano II (will this even work with 370?)
• Globalwin FOP38

I really don't want the globalwin, because I can't stand 40+ dba of noise. But I'd still like to know if it will fit, and any positive/negative experiences people have had with them.
