HS/F Recommendation for Pentium 4 2.0Ghz (400FSB)

Piecing together a system for my nephew and want to put a decent HS/F combo on his Pentium 4 2.0Ghz (400FSB) machine.

Anyone know of a Non-bulky HS/F combo that keeps this Intel Chippie happily cool?
