hrmm ql10wnt.sys is corrupt on XP installation.

Hey guys, trying to install XP Pro with SP1 on my sisters computer..she has an old p2 400 mhz with 128 sdram.
when running the install for XP pro i get the error "ql10wnt.sys is corrupt" and cant seem to troubleshoot it correctly...any ideas? Ive seen some peoepl having errors with the CD and files because of the ram being incompadible..Ive tried to switch out the ram without luck..any help is most appreciated!
