Is this a legit place to buy steam keys? It looks like one of those places that will sell you a key from Vietnam and you'll have problems
 
Why the heck would you turn it off?! Isn't it worth the $2 for insurance in case there is a problem with the key? I was there the other day and it said something like "key will be replaced" with buyer protection. Doesn't that sure seem like it won't be replaced if you don't get it? All of these keys are activating fine on steam?

Ive yet myself to have a problem with them activating, and thats $2 a month, for you join pretty much a "club", so even if you dont buy anything, you will be charged that per month from them.
