HPT370 RAID = NTLDR Missing?

I just got an Abit BX133 RAID with the HPT370 RAID controller. Though I don't want to run a RAID setup, I do want to use the ATA100 capabilities, so I have two 40GB hard drives on the primary ATA100 channel, and my CDROMS on my regular IDE channel (and I made sure all jumper settings were correct)

My hard drive had Win2k and Win98 installed already, so I connected the hd's and configured the BIOS to boot off of ATA100 and made sure that one of my hd's was set to boot mode. Now, after my computer goes through POST and all that, I get a NTLDR is missing, and I would have to put a floppy in to boot. I made sure NTLDR.com was on the HD, along with boot.ini and bootsect.dos... any ideas?

if youre using the hpt370 you have to set them up in eth raid bios as well. you dont have to set them for a raid config but you do have to tell the raid bios to use these harddrives and which one to boot from.
