Just throwing this out on here because I can't figure it out and hope that someone else has run into similar problems and a solution. I have my network set up via a HPNA network (Linksys Home Phoneline 10Mb), and it had been working perfectly for a year or so. But recently the computer connected to my computer has had it's Internet connections slow to a crawl. File transfer works and seems up to speed, 3megs in a several seconds (not sure how to test beyond that).
This is how my network is set up: Pacbell DSL Ethernet connection to my computer, my computer to my sisters computer via HPNA, and using ICS.
Somethings that have happened that could have messed up things in my opinion would be:
1) I switched PCI slots because of a conflict with a new video card I put in (since then I have reverted back to the original config though and the problem persists).
2) HPNA NIC on my sisters computer could be busted? NIC failure could cause a connection but a slow one? Is that possible?
Please help if you can.
