Presumably, this could be used for FreeNAS, NAS4Free, unRAID, etc. (Subject to compatibility with the hardware, I'm not claiming that these OSes ARE compatible, only as a suggestion to research.) Maybe even ProxMox, or PFSense, etc., because it has FOUR 1GbE-T NICs onboard, as well as as PCI-E x16 slot, according to the docs. (2x10GbE-T NIC like the Intel 540T?)
