Running the install it would tell me that no printers are found and couldn't go any farther. I deleted the drivers and re launched and I could get one step farther, then it will error out like this. It will error right after installing the drivers, right as the software will then be installed.
Every single time that I would launch the setup, the NT Authority would put up the prompt saying it is shutting the system down. The event viewer wasn?t helpful, so I tried in safe mode and it wouldn?t even attempt to install which makes sense since it is safe mode.
I am installing it via USB. User account has admin rights. I am trying to use the most recent software from the website, the CD can not be found.
Is there a known issue with the scanner software?
