HP ze4430us laptop (warm deal?)

Hi, I'm in the market for a new laptop, and I saw this one at Best Buy the other day.
Specs:

Athlon XP 2400+
512MB DDR
Radeon Graphics (320M) 64MB ram
DVD/CD-RW
15in LCD
54g wireless

Its priced at $1049, so it's not a bad deal, but it's not the hottest one that I've seen. Does anyone own this laptop, and what do you think of it?

Try configuring one at hpshopping.com to see if it's any cheaper and use a 10% off coupon there too (I can't post coupon). HPshopping has no tax and free shipping. Tax adds a lot to a laptop cost.
