I'm currently working on someones HP 6635 computer. The ATX power supply is fried, so I need to replace it. Problem is I cant find this PS anywhere. It's a Bestec ATX100-5. I can find what seems to be a link to the manufacturer website by doing a search, but the link comes up dead, leading me to believe that the company has probably gone under. A standard ATX PS will work, but wont fit in the little ah heck of a case. I need something that is about 4 1/2" deep rather than the standard 5 1/2".
Any Ideas?

Take the circuit board out of the new power supply and put it in the housing of the old one.

Try partsdirect.hp.com though i dont think you'll be able to order the powersupply for that unit because its a unit exchange only model. rated at 85Watts or something silly. you'd be best off getting a new case/power supply.

Lemme check partsdirect... nope no part found.

I found a Sparkle 145 watter that should do the trick. The Bestec web site always comes up "page cannot be displayed" error for some reason.

Thanks
