HP to Acquire Voodoo Computers

Yea is this wild or what, and I didn't know as that article pointed out that Dell aquired Alienware. Oh gosh poor Alienware, LOL.

I see both deals as good deals for the average Joe enthusiast.
Voodoo and Alienware were pretty high-end builders. The average guy couldn't buy one, just lust for them.
I'm sure HP and Dell won't move their purchases to even higher standards, but rather water them down some. In doing so, they sell more high-end PC's. More high-end PC's being sold means more high-end components being produced which leads to lower prices for the high quality parts.
"Joe" gets to build a nice machine at a lower cost. 😀
