Hello. I just purchased a new HP Scanjet 5370Cxi, and I'm having a small problem with it. I wondering if it is a driver problem, or something else.
The scanner comes with an XPA adapter for scanning transparencies, slides and negatives. To scan negatives you are supposed to "check" the Transparency Adapter Option and the
Photographic Negative Option. The problem I'm having is that after selecting the Transparency Adpater Option, the Photographic Negative Opition is still faded (i.e., the computer isn't reflecting
it as an option). Has anyone else run into this problem? Is it something about the driver, or have I just missed something stupid 🙂 ?
