HP scanjet 4200c driver for Windows 2000

Hi,

Anyone has HP scanjet 4200C drivers for Windows 2k? I cannot find it on the web. And the update drivers from Win98 to Win2k
does not work for me, because I install the new OS instead of upgrading....

these are available via hp via cd-rom, so dumb that u have to pay them for a cd not that hard to host 20 megs worth of drivers, but www.driversguide.com is where i got em.
