I tried their site but couldn't find anything. Is it 1 or 3 years? Its a 8250i.

Also, what's a good price for one less than a year old with everything origonal and looks unused?
 
There was a class action lawsuit against HP and another company over defective drives. You may want to look into that because you may be entitled to a free upgrade if you have that certain drive.
