HP printer certifications...What is the URL to their support web site with all the manuals, faq's etc, etc?

I am going to do some help desk work and HP printer repair for GM.
But in order to work more effectively I will need some extra technical info about HP printers such us 8000 series, 4500 series etc.
Now when I was working for CompUSA few years back, we had an acces to this nice web site with service manuals, knowlege base, flowcharts etc, etc...
What's the URL to that site?
Help ?

They are not public sites, however, to get the kind of info you're looking for you need a login & password. You had access before because CompUSA is a reseller (and in many cases an ASP).

BTW, if you ever call for help working on a 4500 there's a good chance you could end up talking to me.

I dont really have that much of the experience with multi-tray printers yet, but it is a nice skill to aquire...
So far I have been working only on smaller LJs such us 5, 4, 6 series......

Haha, multi-tray will be the least of your concerns when you work on a 4500.

5 motors, 7 consumable items, two drive assemblies, two power supplies, a carousel, and a $600 middle front drawer.

I've had them apart to a bare frame, they're a lot of fun when they work right.

Difficult, but it is always a new skill + in today's IT market an ability to fix networked printers adds to your job security...
