HP Photosmart not printing all colors

Are there any HP printer Guru's out there who can help me figure out why a Photosmart P1000 will only print with black and magenta.

Have replaced color cartridge, cleaned cartridge contacts and also cleaned the cartridge umpteen times but only magenta comes out of the color cartridge. Asside from that it prints fine.
