Hp Photosmart 620 change batteries date defualts back to 1/1/2002

Long story short. Im buying a used 1998 toyota truck online from a guy I met on Ebay. I asked for pictures. He sends no problem. I right click on properties and I saw that the date was 1/1/2002 I ask him if these are current then say I right clicked on them and the date was 1/1/2002 In the advanced properties. He says ge camera defaults back to then when he changes the batteries. Im going wensday to get the truck. I have not made payment. I was going to pay on pickup.

does this sound like BS to you guys?

Why would it be BS?

You'll know the minute you see it, why would he give you old pictures?

If I leave the batteries out of my camera long enough it does the same thing.

humm now that I look at the pictures I see the grass and trees are green. LOL if it were 1/1/2002 the weather here in NY is winter. I think I answered my own questions.

When it comes to buying cars YES. I got a feeling about the guy. at first beacuase he contacted me on Ebay. He saw that I did not win another truck and offered his.
