My uncle's coworker just got a brand new HP 1315 photosmart printer. He says it has a feature to put a digital memory stick in it to print out what photos you want. Whenever he puts the memory stick in the printer, windows detects printer fine but it locks up trying to find the memory stick. I told him to reseat it and make sure it's put in the correct way. He's running Win2k on an IBM system. Does anyone have any other suggestions as to what may cause it to lock up? Oh and he installed new HP drivers and the memory stick I guess comes from his digital camera. Thats all the info I have.
