HP Photosmart 1215 printer owners, do you have trouble using card stock?

I just bought an HP 1215 for my parents, they're attempting to set it up themselves because I am 100 miles away and not about to make a special trip out there just to hook up a printer for them. My Mom called today at lunch and said they got it printing, but for some reason it wouldn't load the card stock paper they have (for greeting cards). That was all she told me, and that she didn't spend much time trying to get it to work. Anyone else have this printer, and is there some trick to using heavier paper?
