HP P2-1343W power supply

My friend got a hand-down HP P2-1343W Desktop PC. Interestingly, this PC does not use the standard power plug. It doesn't have a standard power supply. It is powered by a 19V laptop-style power adapter.

So will this take any standard 19V laptop power connector. Is there anything proprietary or different about the required connector? I don't want to suggest anything that might "work", but could ultimately be a fire hazard if it isn't exactly compatible. Does BestBuy or other big box electronics store carry a generic charger that will work on this desktop PC?

Would this work?

I can't seem to find that is currently available in-store.
