HP Officejet Pro X476dn MFP Woes Resolved)

Hey all,

I'm currently having an issue of a seemingly false ADF jam. Is anyone else aware of such an incident? I'm getting an error informing me that there is an ADF jam, but upon inspection, I see no originals in the feed. I've used the wheel under the tray to try and remove anything that could be caught up, but there is no indication that anything is jammed. I've cleaned the sensors and rollers, and I'm still having the issue.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
Jimmie

Resolved!

Apparently there was a small, very well hidden wad of ripped paper jammed inside. Oy vey. Hint for those that may not be privy, if you have a similar problem to mine above, feed a new sheet of paper into the feeder and then use the wheel underneath to pull it through the bottom. If anything's stuck up in there, it should help dislodge it.

Good tip! Clearing paper path is always important for all printers.
