HP monitors identical aside from stand?

All are 1080p IPS displays. The xi is I believe 3 yrs old now and xw is 2ish. es and er popped up randomly on an Amazon search for something else, but seem a little newer. Between all four, the only obvious difference is the design of the stand. Google wasn't much help here - apparently the newer screens are a little thinner, but that's all it could tell me.

So, is there any real difference or are they all the same thing on a different stand?
 
Probably use different panel, or at least newer revision of the panel on the newer monitors. Try looking them up on tftcentral or other sites that take them apart to test the panel. Warranty is probably different on them as well.
 
They have the 27xi which is the oldest version, but they're missing the other three. Weird... those seem like pretty popular displays, tons of happy Amazon reviews.
