Hi guys
I've an HP LP2475w attached as the external display on my laptop (Dell 700m). According to the online gamma checkers though, such as the one at lagom.nl, the gamma is around 1.6 rather than the 2.20 it should be.
I've tried calibrating it with both the Monaco and Coloreyes systems and whilst a color table gets loaded from the resulting profile, the gamma stays the same.
The only thing I've found which can change the gamma is QuickGamma, but I need a calibrated system for photo editing.
I've also tried this screen on a Lenovo T400 laptop where the gamma is also shown to be 1.6.
Any suggestions most welcome: going crazy here trying to fix this.
