Hp lp2065 vs acer h213h

I am in a dilemma about buying a HP LP2065 ( Used for 100$ ) or a Acer H213h ( Brand new for 136$)

Now the thing to note down is that apparently both of them use different technologies. I do game ever so often but not an hardcore gamer. Since i do not know much about monitors i decided to post in here
