HP LaserJet 1220 All-in-One

I have this printer and need the software for the install.

As I have always found when you need something for an HP product, it never seems to be there. ( I have to order it )

Can anyone help me out?

Download appears to be free from the HP site. The full printing system runs about 11MB and includes drivers. I've never known HP to charge for drivers unless there is 3rd party software involved.

Im looking for the LASERJet series not desktop. And from what i can see on their website i need to order the software cd. (only drivers are available)

I've gone this route before with HP for a client. You can download the printer drivers (they're on the same page you linked). I would recommend the PCL6 drivers.

HOWEVER you CANNOT download the scanner drivers and scanning software. The reason for that is because of the licensing agreement that HP has with the publisher that supplies the scanning software.

You have to order the CD (free, but you eat shipping).

Your best option may be just to post a request on a few of the forums here and see if anyone can copy their CD for you.
