Hp laser printer roller replacement

I have serval laser printers that need the rollers replaced i think . They have the following problems : either they take too many peices of paper , or jam . I was told to try and replace the rollers .

I was wondering if anyone has ever dont this before ? Also where could i find more information on this . like where to purchase parts ect ..

Please help me
