Not sure if this is the forum but I need some help.
My sister got a new laptop for her graduation but its recently been giving her alot of problems. Sometimes it wont turn on, sometimes her mouse just disappears. She wants to send it back to them to get fixed because apparently its such a terrible design they are recalling all of them to put new motherboards in. Problem is, whenever she calls HP, the reps just hang up on her. She first talked to one of their service people and when she asked if they would give her her money back instead of making her wait for 2 weeks without a computer they hung up. She then tried to contact HPs customer service to file a complaint and she did manage to talk to someone in management, !only to have them hang up on her! She is pretty ticked off and asked me if I could help but I don't really know what to tell her. Any ideas?
