Hp laptop freezes while going into hybernate and standby

My hp pavilion ze4200 laptop freezes when i try to go into hybernate and standby!!!! PLZ HELP

Computer specs:
705 MB RAM
1.69 GHz CPU
Radon igp 3490M Video Card
Windows XP Home

I have fixed it myself, it was a problem with my power managment

You have to go into the device manager and unistall something
