HP G7 does not power on

I have a HP G7-1310us laptop that doesn't power on, fans do not spin, no sounds or led lights on motherboard. I checked the ac adapter with multimeter & is producing the correct volts as well as the dc cable attached to the motherboard. I have a schematic of the motherboard & have tested a few points but I do not know what I should do next. I am including some photos.
