HP Elitebook 820 G1 or 840 G1

So my company is finally doing a hardware upgrade on our laptops. Currently have a Elitebook 8460p (total POS) and we have the option of the 820 G1 or the 840 G1.

Regardless, either one is going to be a huge upgrade, but wanted to hear all thoughts on which to get. I believe the only major difference is going to be the screensize (12.5 vs 14) but all other setup specs are same:

i7 Processor
8GB Ram
512 SSD

if you can get the 840 with the 1600x900 or 1920x1080 screen i'd go for that. if they both have 1366x768 (i think all 820s have this) then personally i'd get the 820 ... (my home laptop is a 430, i think its about 820 sized and well i dont think i'd go any bigger unless i got a new feature out of it)
